About me
I am a student majoring in Baking and Pastry Arts/Food Service Management at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island.
Everything you see here was made from scratch by yours truly!
I love challenging myself and sharing my passion with others through my pastries. After my original Mojito french macaron recipe won Johnson and Wales' 2018 Bake Off, I began doing pop-ups as "Lil Red's Bakery"
Outside of the kitchen, I am an avid traveler, bookworm, and doing anything that will exercise my artistic side.
